HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to payment card industry (“PCI”) security standards. An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all credit card transactions. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your Personal Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order and enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of the Personal Information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information. SOCIAL MEDIA

Our websites may use social media features, such as the Facebook “like” button, the “Tweet” button and other sharing widgets (“Social Media Features”). You may be given the option by such Social Media Features to post information about your activities on a website to a profile page of yours that is provided by a third party social media network in order to share with others within your network. Social Media Features are either hosted by the respective social media network or hosted directly on our website. To the extent the Social Media Features are hosted by the respective social media networks, the latter may receive information that you have visited our website from your IP address. If you are logged into your social media account, it is possible that the respective social media network can link your visit of our websites with your social media profile.

Your interactions with Social Media Features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies providing the relevant Social Media Features.

DATA RETENTION

Personal Information that we process for any purpose or purposes as described above, shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes. We will retain your data as follows:

  • (a) Usage Data, Account Data, and Service Data will be retained for a minimum period of 10 years following start of signup date.

  • (b) Your Profile Data can be deleted upon your request. If there is any information that we are unable, for technical reasons, to delete entirely from our systems, we will put in place appropriate measures to encrypt the data, and prevent any further usage.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, we may retain your Personal Information where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
